Over the years, I have been privileged to work with many talented and dynamic clients in Tech and other corporations in the U.S. and globally. The current and unprecedented time of COVID has literally created the fusion between work and life and it has disrupted the way in which employees collaborate and communicate. The new situation requires a unique coaching approach to support leaders and employees as they engage and build relationships working together in a virtual reality.

 

As an executive coach, I have an adaptive coaching style with a structured and unstructured approach cognizant to the ever-changing needs of my clients. It is an honor to be a coach supporting them as they manage family and work relationships while tackling their professional and leadership challenges and opportunities to achieve their business goals and maintain high performing teams and vibrant cultures.

 

 

My coaching methods help my clients to embed the foundational skills and tools of emotional intelligence, especially emotional fortitude, compassionate leadership, influencing, communication blending personal skills with leadership capabilities to address what we need as human beings: experiencing fulfilling work, psychological safety, authenticity, and having a sense of inclusion and belonging that allow my clients to thrive particularly during these challenging times.
