"Patricia is a treasure. I’ve had the privilege and joy of working with her as an Executive Coach  and as one of the most creative, innovative & impactful thought leaders on all things Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.  As a coach, she’s been instrumental in my career development, unlocking areas of leadership I was previously not aware of.  As a thought leader in DE&I, she’s been an amazing partner on developing programs to strengthen internal culture and increase the feeling of belonging.  I look forward to the next time I can partner with Patricia."

In addition to coaching high-performing and high-potential employees, she led Diversity, Equity & Inclusion workshops for LinkedIn’s Global Sales Organization leadership team and had a stellar reputation for facilitating insightful dialogue and thoughtful reflection among participants.  I highly recommend Patricia for any individual looking to unlock their full potential and transform their career and for any organization seeking to build high-performance teams led by inclusive leaders.”
