In partnership with corporate HRBPs, People Operations, and Executive Coaching Engagement Managers, Patricia serves as executive coach for leaders, managers, and high performing employees. Patricia develops and facilitates custom-designed virtual team workshops, designs and implements Managers Inclusive Coaching Hubs as well as Individual Inclusive Coaching for leaders.

Executive Coaching:

Helps leaders, managers and high potential employees to achieve their personal and professional goals.

 

Virtual Team Building Facilitation:

Addresses a variety of team-related challenges and opportunities around emotional intelligence, charting courses to gain and maintain the competitive edge, managing through the stages of change and transition, building relationships especially during COVID, etc. 

 

Managers Inclusion Coaching Hubs:

A community that engages in conversations and skill-building exercises to bridge gaps

and forge mutual understanding to better support and manage the career progression and empowerment of their Black+ Latinx+ Native American direct reports. Managers work on strategies to address systemic inequities and biases in performance management processes and promotion decision-making. They also explore ways to enhance their team cultures by embracing inclusion, belonging, and racial equity as important values.

Inclusion Coaching for Leaders:

A personalized journey that begins with self-reflection and discovery building greater

self-awareness and understanding of race, racism, biases, inequities, and their effects

on Black+ Latinx+ Native American employees inside and outside corporate environments. Managers and leaders become more astute at recognizing when underrepresented employees are confronted with biases, micro-aggressions and inequities and ways that they can respond with a more confident voice and have the know-how to address these issues effectively especially in the moment when they occur.

Aspirations crystalized into goals followed by strategic actions set in motion a career trajectory powered by building solid relationships. At each phase of the career journey, influencers validate who receives the high impact projects or roles that will determine one’s career progression. Understanding how to navigate the political terrain, building an impressive portfolio of work and reputation, while leveraging personal strengths and professional acumen, are the bedrock of success. They are ingredients used in designing accelerated learning experiences for clients moving toward their North Stars.

The “Sponsorship Coaching Initiative (SCI)” created by Patricia is designed to fit inside Corporate Sponsorship Programs for underrepresented sponsees and their executive sponsors to create a forum for meaningful and rewarding experiences that are mutually beneficial and successful.

Sponsees learn how to get the most value out of the sponsorship relationships and Sponsors explore ways to understand the unique experiences of their sponsees to effectively open doors to career opportunities for them.

 

This engages, retains, and elevates Black, Latinx, Native American employees into positions of leadership.
